This Privacy Policy explains how Studio Org LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use inmy.studio (the "Site") and the Studio mobile application (the "App").
Information We Collect
Account information, including your email address. Profile information. User-uploaded content, including images, text, links, and (in the future) video. Projects and their privacy settings. Collaborative Project information. Communications and support requests. Device, analytics, and usage information.
How We Use Information
Email addresses are used to communicate about the App's release, product updates, and editorial curation. We use account and Project information to provide the Service. We do not build advertising profiles, sell data, or share information with third parties for marketing purposes.
What We Share
We share information only when required by law, or with service providers (such as email delivery and analytics) who process data on our behalf under written agreement. Subprocessors are bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Your Rights

International Users
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, information about you will be processed in the United States and may be subject to U.S. law.
