These Terms of Service govern your use of inmy.studio and the Studio mobile application (the "Service") operated by Studio Org LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Account Eligibility and Responsibilities
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of information you provide.
User-Generated Content and License
You retain ownership of content you create. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and process that content as needed to operate the Service, including displaying it within Projects according to the privacy settings you choose.
Intellectual Property
The Service's branding, design, code, and editorial content remain our property. Except for the limited license you grant above, nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to us.
Prohibited Conduct and Content
You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; not to use the Service to send spam or collect other users' information; and not to violate these Terms. We may remove content and suspend access for violations.
Reporting and Moderation
To report content or conduct that violates these Terms, contact us at the email below. We review reports and may remove content, suspend accounts, or take other action as appropriate.
Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we believe your conduct harms the Service or its users. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the Service will meet your requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Org LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Dispute Terms and Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, as applied to agreements entered into in Florida by Florida residents. Studio Org LLC is a Florida limited liability company.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
